Nobu Nakamori

Chef Nobu established Nakamori with the aim of recreating the reactions he experienced, first-hand, when serving traditional Japanese food to initiates at Mikado Restaurant. A bit Scarborough, a bit Japanese, mildly experimental, and 100% comfortable, Nakamori seeks to wow his visitors with Japanese dishes that are combined with local, Toronto flavours.

Drawing his inspiration from local markets, seasonal ingredients, and imported Japanese products, Chef Nobu seeks to create new culinary experiences never before experienced in Toronto. From his jerk chicken karaage to his seafood ceviche tacos, he hopes that you enjoy your stay and come back for his new creations.
